In alignment with the Career ConNEXTions tier of the DEAP program, the NextUp Mentoring program is a professional mentoring initiative exclusively for upperclassmen participants. The NextUp Mentoring Program is designed to support interested DEAP Scholars in the attainment of their post-graduation goals.
